Slight soil on corner of rear board; jacket with a closed tear, slightly frayed at spine ends, small pieces torn off and repairs. Near fine in very good minus jacket.

It is not dirty now, but it no longer looks new. 90 pages. Black and white illustrations by Sendak. This copy is signed on the title page by Isaac Beshevis Singer. Singer won the Nobel Prize in 1978.
