Description: First edition (simultaneous with the French edition), trade issue, inscribed on the colophon by Klein, "To Maggie, BURN THIS BOOK! Otherwise all my best, Bill Klein". Klein hated this Aperture production, thinking the printing too dark to do the images justice - still an appealing book, and an amusing inscription. Tall quarto. Original white boards, titles to spine and front in black and red, black endpapers. With dust jacket. Black and white full page Klein photographs throughout. A very few extremely minor marks and scratches to covers, but an excellent copy in the jacket with very slight rubbing to some corners, a small crease to front flap top corner, and faint fading from the red titles at the spine only.
