The rest of the dustjacket parts are missing except for the back flap that is also original. The book is in great shape. The binding is tight with NO cocking or leaning with some discoloration to the spine and minor wear to the boards. The pages are clean with NO writing, marks or bookplates in the book. Very Good+ with slight lean to binding, spine slightly mottled, and light soiling to cloth; spine darkened. Top edge of rear board gnawed. Blue lettering quite crisp. Contents slightly musty and lightly foxes. A rather presentable copy of the author's first book, of which only 3,000 were printed.
