Brown and white pictorial endpapers, featuring Bambi's head drawn from various angles and showing different expressions. Contents of book are clean and unmarked, both text block and illustrations. Signed by Johnson and Thomas in black ink on half-title page. Hint of foxing on front fore-edge and top and bottom page ends. Crisp full-color dust jacket, with a scene from the film in vivid color on the front panel and a smaller illustration covering about half of the back panel. Titles on jacket spine in black. Disney's animated 1942 classic holds a place on the National Film Registry and is acknowledged as one of the crowning achievements in animation.
