Book is in Near Fine Condition: front wrapper lightly creased from upper corner along fore-edge; clean and crisp. Portfolio is in Good Condition: both front sections are starting to separate along the front joints from the tail; color is faded; lacking small part of spine label; front label is complete and bright.
