Very Good+ with light wear to spine + corners; frontis photo of Zane Grey has left light transferred imprint on facing title page (typical of this book); front pastedown has glue spots from a (presumed) removed bookplate (see photo). This was a promotional piece issued by Grey's publisher Harper & Brothers at the height of the author's popularity, released in both this leatherette cover and wrappers.
