Barrie's favorite actress, and at one point, the most famous actress in America. Her most famous performance was in Peter Pan as the titular character, and with J. M. Barrie, the two continually broke box office records both in New York and with touring performances. Book is about very good, maybe a little better, showing some rubbing and grubbiness to edges, all plates present. Large octavo, decorative boards, 375 pages. Satisfaction guaranteed.
