Description: Includes Bradbury's 1967 screenplay, a draft of the novel from 1971, the final version with a tally of changes made from the galley proofs, a teleplay, and companion materials. Certainly the definitive version. This lettered version includes content not found in the regular version, including several previously unpublished Halloween poems and a story, "The Elevator." Published in an edition of 750 hardcover copies and this version, one of 52 lettered copies, signed by Bradbury, with the addition of a red thumbprint to color one of the jack-o'-lanterns on the illustration of the Halloween tree. The book is housed in traycase. 495 pages. 11-1/4 by 9 inches. Oblong format. First edition (first printing). A fine copy in a fine dust jacket. Signed by Bradbury on the title page. Fine traycase. This is copy UU of 52. This copy does not have the chapbook Fragments, which was given out on request to people who ordered The Halloween Tree from Gauntlet, but it is not technically part of this publication. It also does not have the two Mugnaini prints that accompanied some copies.

One of 52 copies, signed by Ray Bradbury on the limitation page. This copy is VV, with a matching letter on traycase. Leather bound hardcover in jacket. Clean and bright. Binding strong. Slight rubbing to boards. Appears unread. Jacket now in fresh Mylar. There is some very light handling wear to the traycase, around the fold-up tree. Additionally comes with two signed prints, the Fragments chapbook, and an audio CD of Groon read by Bradbury, Bradbury has signed the CD sleeve. Rare and hard to find.
