Description: INSCRIBED & SIGNED by Farmer. The book has irregular tanning on teh spine and on the back board with wear top of the spine and light wear to the spine edges. There are several small black specks in a line near the bottom of the rear board, a 1/2"x3/4" tape ghost center near the spine of the rear fixed end paper,a few tan spots on the front fixed and free end papers, the number 35919 written small near the top corner of the front free end paper, a stamp on the front fixed end paper THIS BOOK IS NO LONGER THE PROPERTY OF THE PHILLIPSBURG FREE PUBLIC LIBRARY and a stamp stating FREE PUBLIC LIBRARY PHILLIPSBURG, N.J. near the bottom edge of the title page. Several pages have light tanned marks. The jacket is pretty sharp with fading to the green of the spine, a touch of wear to the rear spine edge, light tanning of the rear panel, all inside flap corners have been shallowly clipped but no print was lost, the wrap around to the front inside flap shows light creasing and lightening of the green and the jacket height is a bit short of the book height.
