Folio. 492pp. Bound in full cloth specially woven in rose and buff by Fortuny of Venice with a gold- stamped linen spine label. Book is in fine condition with publisher's paper dust jacket, which is browned on spine and has some chips and small tears to edges. Slipcase is spotty and reinforced with brown tape.
