Keynes (1887-1982) was an academic, biographer, and the younger brother of John Maynard Keynes. He was a world authority on Blake, and was instrumental in the production of the Trianon facsimiles, writing the accompanying bibliographical texts and contributing material from his own collection. Octavo. Original full brown morocco, titles to spine gilt. Printed on Lana rag paper. With the original brown morocco entry, grey cloth slipcase. Frontispiece and many plates reproducing original illustrations by the Blakes. All in fine condition.
