A great 1st edition copy signed by the author to his secretary.

Original gilt stamped green textured cloth, pictorial endpapers. Pictorial dust jacket (unclipped with $7.50 price). Jacket with heavy rubbing at folds; two chips on spine; small chips, tears. Very good. 303 pages. Boldly signed and inscribed by Grey to his son Romer in purple ink on front free endpaper: "To Romer from Dad. Zane Grey. Altadena Oct. 8, 1931."
