Cunningham's bookplate is on front free end page opposite the presentation. Very good plus condition, an unworn copy with a minor smudge on the front board, in a worn dust jacket. The jacket is heavily edge chipped, lacks the bottom half and top inch of the spine, and has some long tape repairs as well. Jacket is in clear mylar protector. See my two scans.
