Publisher Nelson Doubleday's copy with his bookplate fixed to front pastedown. Spine lightly soiled, as common, otherwise an exceptionally nice copy; lacks DJ. Doubleday purchased a controlling stake in the English publishing house, Heinemann, in 1921.
