Description: A good+ copy of the presumed first hard cover edition (no explicit edition or printing statement), lacking the dust-jacket, inscribed and signed by Dan Burne Jones on the half-title page, and dated in the year of publication. The text is wholly unmarked, pristine. Damage to the top corner of the boards as well as the base of the rear board, with a 1/4" strip of the cloth gone, from the slightly mauled base of the spine to the edge of the volume.
