Sewn in presentation leaf has a holograph dedication. 415 pages with notes. Binding by RIVIERE: full polished calf (tan). Tight and square. Front board decorated with gilt tooled vignette border beside a double rule. Spine elaborately gilt in six compartments with five raised bands; gold lettering within black morocco label. Minor rubbing as expected. Edges of boards rolled and gilt. All edges gilt. Marbled endpapers. Illustrated with large albumen print frontis and three ovals throughout of same material. Text is clean and crisp. Minor foxing on one side of the endpapers because of the albumin prints. OVERALL: a VERY GOOD + copy by a sublime Romantic poet. Present it to your graduating scholar as the beginnings of collection of finely bound literature. (SSH). Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall
