Description: Nice first edition of Mailer's biography of PIcasso. The book has some shelf wear, and the red cloth is a bit faded. But the jacket is in good shape and is in a protective mylar cover. The inscription and signature are in black ink on the title page. It says, "To Bethany, Cheers, Norman Mailer." The indention of the inscription also can be seen on the next full title page. The book was originally purchased at Book Buyers, 317 Castro St., Mountain View, Calif. The sale totaled $54.32. The bookstore's sticker is on the back of the jacket. The sales receipt is included in the book.
