Description: Signed and dated in year of publication by author to John Bishop on free endpaper. John Peale Bishop was a friend and co-writer of Wilson of "The Undertaker's Garland." Bishop was also a friend of F. Scott Fitzgerald. Slight stain to foot of spien, offsetting to endpapers, else book is very good. Jacket has numerous edge chips and soiling to spine.

Unbound sheets from this original edition were bound and issued by Grabhorn-Hoyem in 1972.
