Two tissue guards are torn out, a few plates show creasing. Foxing and toning to pages heaviest at prelims and terminals, and sporadically throughout. Cloth shows marking, soiling, light edge wear and toning. A lovely copy overall, signed by Rackham on the limitation page.

White cloth; gilt decoration to front board and to spine; top edge gilt, other edges untrimmed. Illustrated with black and white vignettes and with 13 full colour hand-tipped plates mounted on special paper with captioned tissue guards. Spine very slightly cocked and top edge a little dust darkened and with some light smudges of dust to rest. Outer page edges browned; a bit of faint offset to the endpages, and a little faint offset from black and white illustrations throughout; bound-in ribbon lost.
