This example un-numbered, marked 'Not for sale' and signed by the author on the colophon (the signature is not called for). Tall 8vo. 53pp. Paper-covered linen with a slightly toned paper spine label. A little discolouration to the board margins, some browning to the free endpapers, and some spotting to a few preliminary and concluding leaves. A very good copy. No dust wrapper. The author's first book, comprising two short masques and seventeen poems, plus five decorations by the author. The ninth book published by The Golden Cockerel Press. Uncommon with Quennell's signature.
