Designed by Benjamin Shiff with four original lithographs by Michael Hafftka printed at the Trestle Editions. Bound by hand by Carol Joyce. Signed by Michael Hafftka. Clamshell box measures 8" x 11". Printers copy in an edition of 800, unnumbered. Text was set in Monotype Walbaum and printed on Magnani mould-made paper. Lithographs were printed on hand-made Japanese paper. Sewn and bound by hand. This copy is signed by the illustrator but is unnumbered. It is a copy from someone involved in the production and therefore a printers copy. Clamshell box lacks the spine label. Book and clamshell box are both in Near Fine condition.
