Illustrated by Pyle with 22 beautiful tipped-in color plates plus a profusion of black-and-white images. xviii, 346 pages. Signed by Johnson and Dowd on limitation page. Bottom margin of title wrinkled from bookplate pasted onto its verso (the copyright page), else a bright copy with no edge wear and with the white spine clean.
