Price: US$750.00 + shipping

Condition: Fair

Description: First edition. Staining on the boards and the edges of the first dozen or so leaves, thus a poor copy in good price-clipped dust jacket. The author's first book, perhaps the inaugural effort of the new participatory journalism. A crummy copy.
