Knowlton/with the best of wishes/Jack O'Connor/June 1939". Very scarce signed in the first printing of this O'Connor classic. Green frabricoid snakeskin covers with gilt titles, color frontispiece with tissue guard and 10 plates in black and white plus 12 black and white photographs, green endpapers, bibliography, 298 pages.
