Stated on the verso of the title page - This special edition of my father's first studies in the nude is limited to one hundred copies, number 49, signed by Gordian Gill & John Rothenstein. Plates throughout. Endpapers browned and foxed. Page edges slightly dusty and marked. Publishers white cloth somewhat dusty and marked, still a pretty good copy. Scarce limited edition.

Contains 3 pp introduction followed by 24 full-page single-sided reproductions of sketches by Eric Gill. Double SIGNED below the limitation note being signed by the artist's son 'Gordian Gill' and 'John Rothenstein' who wrote the Introduction.
