Description: Uncorrected Proof Copy - A v/g or better copy which is bound in a proof card cover, without d/w. The proof has been signed by Dick Francis to the title page. The covers are clean with just a little rubbing to the corners, and to the spine tips. Publishers stamp dated 27 Oct 1969 to the front board. The pages are clean with a touch of foxing to the top page block. A nice copy in proof format of an early Dick Francis title. Early Francis proofs are scarce, and seldom offered for sale.
