Description: Very good plus, first edition book in very good plus dust jacket. Also in a second custom wrap and slip case. Signed by the author on large bookplate affixed to front paste down. Shiny white cloth covered boards; black cloth with white lettering on spine. Upper external edges are dark-rust tinted. Back corner at head of spine has a small bump; upper edge of front panel has shallow bump near the front corner of spine. Several light shadow/stains on front and back board panels. Damp stains along lower edges of FFEP and back end paper and paste down. Internally clean and with snug text block. Dust jacket has several light scuffs; back jacket panel has a 2 3/4" diagonal scratch below author's name. Several small chips and rubs on upper and lower edges and fore-edge corners. Light sunning showing on white inside flaps. Front inside clap has a 2 1/4" closed vertical slit from the center of the lower edge. Not price clipped. The additional custom wrap and slip case are made of, and covered with, the same black cloth. Please use close-up options for best inspection and in support of condition description.
