Description: Light green cloth with gilted tiles.SIGNED and INSCRIBED by Saul Field, " for the Hoffmans! Many Happy Bloomsdays! Saul Field, Buffalo, Jan.30, 1975". 119 pages. This copy is VG in a VG DJ. The covers have about 1/2" of sunning at the tops and some wearing along the edges. Interior is unmarked, clear, and tightly bound. Some modest, even toning throughout. The DJ is plastic coated. Some shrinking of the plastic is wrinkling the DJ. There is a 2" closed tear to the plastic, but not the paper of the DJ, on the back .DJ is not price clipped. Laid in is a review of "Tales of Heritage" , which was an exhibit at Strong College, York University in Canada Which was a joint collaboration by Mr. Field with Hedi Bouraoui, a noted poet in Canada.

This is not the limited edition but it is signed on the title page by both Saul & Levitt: "Morton P. Levitt, 9 Nov. 1972" and "for Betty and Charles Kreiger, Sincerely, Saul Field, The Print Club, '72". Laid in is a review of the Philadelphia Print Club, Jan. 1972, exhibition of the prints which were later used for this book.

This beautiful book is based upon that endeavor, containing numerous illustrations. This is a Near Fine copy of the First Edition, which is LIMITED to 250 copies. Light green cloth binding with gilt lettering on the spine. Clean text; 120 pages. SIGNED by Saul Field and Morton Levitt on the Title Page. Includied is an original engraving printed on Barcham green paper, also signed and numbered by the artist. Tiny hints of corner bumping, else a Fine copy. The dustjacket is showing some delamination of the acetate. The light green folder that protects the original print has a small spot on the front cover; the cloth-covered slipcase has some edgewear and light fading. A solid copy, and rather uncommon today.
