Toning to spine strip, soiling and chipping to boards, heaviest at spine ends. Discoloration and pencil marginalia to endpapers, otherwise interior clean. Signed in ink by American book collector and Bronte scholar, Henry H. Bonnell (1859-1926) on rear free endpaper, with notation in pencil stating he acquired the book on 8/1/18.
