A bright, very near fine copy in a dust jacket. with a few small chips, light dust-soiling, and a dampstain affecting a little over one square inch at the top edge of the front panel. A tape reinforcement has been removed from the verso, leaving a light shadow not visible on the front. Jean Hersholt's copy, with his bookplate (signed by Hersholt) and one other bookplate.
