The end papers are silk with a matching silk placement ribbon sewn-in at the head of the spine. All three edges of the text block are in gilt. A small quarto measuring 9 1/4 by 6 1/4 inches. Unfortunately, there was a binding error with the pages mis-paginated so that following page 52 pages 71 throu 86 appear before pages 53 to 63 show up. All pages are present, one must just skip around while reading. 259 pages of text. Illustrated with drawings by Richard Powers and with an introduction by Matthew J. Bruccoli. A very handsome, tight and clean copy with no prior owner's names, dates or notations as long as one can overlook this binding error.
