Alan Hodge and Norman Cameron were known for their association with a group of writers and artists which included Laura Riding and Robert Graves. With seventeen poems by Alan Hodge, such as 'Advice in November,' 'Ever Heard,' and 'This Love'; eleven poems by Norman Cameron such as 'Forgive Me, Sire,' 'Three Love Poems,' and 'Moonlight, Waterlight, and Opal'; and eighteen poems by Robert Graves, such as 'A Love Story,' 'Dawn Bombardment,' and 'The Beast'.
