Book bound in greenish beige boards with quarter leather spine and gold lettering. Slipcase is also greenish beige. This was going to be Bulow s super limited , i.e. lettered edition. However he was not happy with the book s appearance and used the 26 or so copies as proofs, review copies, and presentation copies. This copy states 2/2 Review Copy on limitation page, which is signed by Hillerman, Franklin, and Bulow. Book contains a long introduction by Bulow, Bulow s Interview of Hillerman, an essay by Hillerman titled Mystery, Country Boys, and the Big Reservation, and a Jim Chee short story, The Witch, Yazzie and the Nine of Clubs. There are numerous, full page B/W illustrations by Franklin scattered throughout the book.
