Edges have some wear and there is a slight bubbling on the back cover (see pictures). Ties are intact and present. The inside of the book has a stiff folded envelope that contains the plates. There is a stain in the upper corner of this envelope and it does carry through to some of the pages (see picture). Very minimal wear to the plates. Inside of the cover contains the index to all the plates. Beautiful illustrations - very neat book!; 4to - over 9¾ - 12" tall
