All 3 volumes bound in calf skin with 4 raised bands on spine with matching title blocks dyed red and stamped in gilt with dyed black author/volume block stamped in gilt. Light crumbling to leather edges at foot and crown. Leather on tips rubbed. Two pages have a small faint moisture cloud at base. Vol. II: Binding and hinges are strong and sound. Leather on front panel hinge is cracked at upper corner. Vol. III: Binding and hinges are strong and sound. Slight scuffing to leather edges; very attractive.
