Published in an edition of 250 copies along with a copy of Cosmogony and Cosmology by the same author published in an edition of 325 copies for distribution with the collector's edition of Valis. Both books in fine condition but out of series without signature of Kim Stanley Robinson. Slipcase a trifle rubbed.
