The extremities are mildly bumped and rubbed, and the spines are moderately rolled. The front endsheet of volume 1 is split along the hinge, and the text block of volume 3 is cracked at the beginning. The cloth on the backstrip of volume 2 is rippled, and the text block of this volume is just starting to crack at the front. Illustrated throughout.
