[Christie (Agatha)], Mary Westmacott".". Unfinished Portrait. Doubleday Doran, New York, 1934.

Price: US$1601.08 + shipping

Condition: Very Good

Description: First US edition. 8vo. Original cloth. Dust-jacket. NF VG+ - jacket uses same design as U.K. 1st, correctly priced at $2.00 on front flap, minor fading to spine and minute creasing to spine ends. Agatha Christie's semi-autobiographical novel, the second written using the pseudonym of Mary Westmacott. Christie's adoption of a pseudonym was an interesting psychological manoeuvre that allowed her license for a level of self-revelation not found in her detective fiction or even in her autobiography.
