Description: Tall quarto wraps (approx. 12" x 8"). 11 pages, [1] blank. Orange paper covers with title printed on the front cover. The front cover has a shadow fade on the edges with light damp stains. Interior is in very good condition. The author describes two acts of Georgia that were probably printed in Charleston. James Johnson was Georgia's first printer and the newspaper the Royal Gazette was first printed in Savannah in 1763. McMurtrie bases his assertion on the difference and style of type used in the printing of the acts. Limited edition of 120 copies.
