Description: First Separate Edition of this humorous Christmas keepsake issued in the Fall of 1956 by Toronto typographer Cooper & Beatty, one of 2,000 copies. Slim crown octavo (210 x 137mm): v,[1],5,[1]pp, printed in black and silver-grey on wove paper. Publisher's rose-pink stiff paper wrappers, stapled, front panel with vignette of trussed turkey in black encircled by silver-grey holly wreath, fore-edge untrimmed, title page printed in red and black. Wanting the original greetings sleeve (not noted by Bruccoli). An excellent example, virtually pristine. Bruccoli D1.
