Description: Limited Large Paper First Edition on Unbleached Arnold Hand Made Paper; 275 copies printed of which 250 were offered for sale, this is Number 78 and signed by Norman Douglas on this colophon page. The book bound in unrubbed deep red cloth boards, spine stamped in gold, top-edge gilt, pages left uncut after page 17, with some darkening only to very outer gilt edge of tips, top front tip and bottom rear tip bumped, else quite fine, clean, and appearing to be unread. The heavy dark brown paper dust jacket is brittle with edgewear, and separation of the front and back panels, maroon lettering to spine intact including the price of 2.20 pounds net, the bottom third of the dj spine is missing, both flaps intact with their respective panels.
