Description: No markings, inscriptions etc. Designs by Charles Paine of the Baynard Press, London and printed there by Sanders Phillips & Co. Ltd. Cream covers lightly browned; printed endpapers with some browning; a few spots to edges and first few pages. Otherwise internally bright and clean; the striking colour illustrations are bright - there is faint offsetting opposite a couple of them. Glassine jacket is darkened and heavily worn round the edges. Housed in a printed slipcase which is split and missing panel at one end - in poor condition.
