Front flyleaf has small surface abrasion and one-inch closed tear at fore-edge corner archivally mended, else a very good, bright copy in moderately worn dust jacket with shallow chipping, a few short tears, flaps have begun to separate at folds, with few thin chips archivally mended with Japanese tissue on verso, else a good to very good copy of an elusive jacket. A scarce collection of three plays: *The Garbage Man, Airways, Inc.* and *Fortune Heights.* The first two plays were previously published, first appearance of *Fortune Heights.* Only 1500 copies published.
