The tale of the pigs is much earlier, having been included in works by Andrew Lang and Joel Chandler Harris. This 1933 Silly Symphonies version by Disney is by far the most popular and well known of all the early "Pig" tales. Book itself has a small chip to the head of the spine. The original dust jacket has a few small chips at the folds as well as a few closed tears and some wrinkling. The original price of $1.00 is intact.
