Plastic sleeve has been placed over boards. Light fading to corners of boards as well as along spine. Minor shelf wear at top and bottom edges of spine. Gold lettering on spine is not shiny but still clean and legible. Deckle edge pages. Foxing to front and rear endpapers. Toning on half title page. Photograph of a letter from Thomas Jefferson to Robert Smith as frontispiece. List of illustrations after table of contents. Pages are clean and tidy. Binding strong and tight. Very Good condition. 250 copies printed from type but no number is given for this copy. This is an oversized book, so extra shipping will be necessary for priority or international shipping.
