Never read, all stay closed when stood on their spines. Flaws confined to covers: (1) edges, extrems & spines w spots of scuffing or very light wear. (2) Vol 1 outer hinge of upper board tender, bottom inch starting. (shown on the front board pic) Same with vol 6 but at top. FINE set. Signed Zaehnsdorf binding, tree calf boards.
