Description: ONE OF 200 SETS with pulls of two wood engravings, 'Forest Pool' and 'A Corner of the Forest' printed on Rivoli paper, text in Van Dijck set at The Rocket Press, printed on Zerkall mould-made paper, title-page and headings printed in red, 2 tipped in reproductions of photographs, 6 wood-engravings, including the front cover dustjacket engraving by White, mounted engravings: each 30 x 24.5cm, book: pp. 24, 4to, original plain white card, untrimmed, dustjacket, together with the prints in a yellow buckram, patterned-paper lined clamshell box with a printed label on the back and a wood-engraved print laid onto the front cover, near fine. Two beautifully printed woodland wood engravings from a founding member of the English Wood Engraving Society, who was often to be found in the summers of the early 1920s, travelling around Surrey and Sussex with his wife in their horse-drawn gypsy caravan.

Description: One of an edition limited to 200 sets of a booklet and two mounted engravings entitled 'A Corner of the Forest' and 'Forest Pool', all housed in a cloth covered solander box. The booklet is bound in orange wrappers with an engraving on the front cover from 'The Story of my Heart' [1923]. The text paper is mould-made Zerkall and, Rivoli for the engraving prints, with pure cotton museum board for the mounts. The type is Van Dijck, set at the Rocket Press. Quarto, pp. [1-4] 5-20 [4], with two photographs and five engravings. A booklet and engravings in Fine condition in a Fine solander box lined with decorated paper and with an engraving fixed to the front board and printed label to the spine.
