The text to the spine and to the front board all present but a little faint. An ink name and date to the corner of the front paste-down. Several neat ink numbers to the corner of the rear endpaper. A very good first edition copy.

Binding is strong and neat. Head edge stained, green. Edges are lightly discoloured and foxed, so too are title pages. Endpapers and free endpapers are lightly discoloured.
