Two folio leaves folded to make [8]pp., measuring 11" x 14" closed. Light toning, a bit of edgewear including two tiny tears, about fine with the paper still supple. A striking Christmas musical supplement to *The Examiner* (likely San Francisco), advertising Baum, et al's *The Songs of Father Goose*, published in book form by The George M. Hill Company in the same year. The two songs are "The Ostrich Dance" and "Baby Pulled the Pussy's Tail." A rare piece of Baumiana in remarkably nice shape given its source, size, and purpose. *OCLC* seems to locate no copies, and we locate only a single auction record, 25 years ago.
