Book is in Fine condition, full bound in black cloth with silver lettering to the front and spine. No other markings inside or out; binding is solid and square. The unclipped dust jacket is in Very Good condition, with some rubbing with color loss near the head and heel of the spine, and small bump to lower right front corner. Black cloth slipcase is in Very Good condition, with some light toning and scattered rubbing from shelfwear. A direct successor to The Caves of Steel and The Naked Sun, this continues the story of Elijah Baley as he takes on an "impossible" murder investigation.
